Please read these rules in full before using the 8e88 platform. Everything is clearly stated here — from account registration to payments, bonuses and responsible gaming.
Introduction

- "Wagering Requirement" — The set multiple of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.
Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration Eligibility
To open an account on 8e88, you must be aged 21 or above. All details provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number — must be accurate and truthful. If an account is opened with false information, 8e88 may close it at any time and forfeit all balances.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is broken, all related accounts will be permanently closed and all deposits and winnings may be cancelled.
2.3 Account Security
Keeping your login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Allowing a third party to use your account or transferring your account to another person is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact 8e88's support team immediately.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on 8e88 is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. You must always use a mobile banking account registered in your own name when depositing. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted, and 8e88 reserves the right to reject or forfeit such transactions.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are normally processed within 5–30 minutes. The same methods can be used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
3.3 Suspicious Transactions
If any transaction appears suspicious or fails a security check, 8e88 reserves the right to hold, investigate and if necessary cancel that transaction. Member cooperation is expected in such situations.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000; you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing.
4.2 General Bonus Policy
All bonus offers from 8e88 are subject to specific time limits and conditions. Bonuses cannot be transferred between members. If a withdrawal is attempted with a balance that includes a bonus before the wagering requirement is met, the withdrawal request will be rejected or the bonus will be deducted.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
If a member uses multiple accounts, false identities or coordinated betting strategies to abuse bonus offers or obtain them fraudulently, 8e88 reserves the right to close that account and cancel all related bonuses.
Gaming Code of Conduct
5.1 Fair Play Rules
All members must play honestly and fairly on the 8e88 platform. Using any software, scripts, bots or algorithms to operate games or betting is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed immediately.
5.2 Technical Errors
If a technical error in any game causes an unexpected result or abnormal win, 8e88 reserves the right to void or correct that round. The wagered amount may be returned in such cases.
5.3 Member Conduct
Using abusive, obscene or discriminatory language in live casino chat or any interactive feature is prohibited. Such behaviour may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended at 8e88's discretion.
VIP and Loyalty Programme
8e88's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.5% for Bronze, up to 1.0% for Silver, and up to 1.5% for Gold — based on the weekly net loss.
Weekly cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for that week. Example: a Silver member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives cashback = ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200. To move up to a higher tier, stay regularly active — 8e88 automatically evaluates your activity and upgrades you accordingly.
VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. If an account is closed or suspended, the related VIP benefits will also be cancelled.
Personal Data Protection
8e88 is committed to keeping members' personal data secure. Details of how we collect, use and store your information can be found in our Privacy Policy. By using the services, you are also implicitly giving consent to that policy.
8e88 may share information with government authorities if required for identity verification, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Personal data is not sold or provided to third parties beyond this.
Responsible Gaming
8e88 believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a way to solve financial problems. We encourage members to set their own limits and play responsibly. The platform offers deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options.

Account Closure and Suspension
9.1 Closure by 8e88
8e88 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following situations:
- Registration using false information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Detection of fraudulent transactions or bonus abuse.
- Attempting to compromise the security of the platform.
- Any serious breach of these Terms.
9.2 Closure by the Member
Any member who wishes to close their account may contact 8e88's support team. The balance will be returned subject to applicable withdrawal conditions before the account is closed.
Limitation of Liability
8e88 makes every effort to keep its platform running without interruption and free of errors, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance or external factors. If a member suffers any financial loss due to such disruptions, 8e88 accepts limited liability and assesses each case individually.
8e88 is not responsible for any bet or game left incomplete due to internet connection problems, device failure or the member's own error. However, where a documented technical fault exists, contacting the support team will allow the issue to be reviewed.

12.2 Scope of Services
8e88 reserves the right to change, add or withdraw specific games, promotions or service categories at any time. Such changes do not create any liability to compensate members.
12.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between 8e88 and the member. These documents replace any prior oral or written discussions.
12.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
